Complex crane and conveyor systems are manufactured in a factory building area of over 7,500 m². Considerable measures have been taken in the last few years to modernise and optimise the production sequences in order to give due consideration to the constantly growing requirements of the customers.

The delivery of sheet metal relating to the order which is used to make the box girders is delivered in our structural work area. The drive trains and platforms for the crane plants are fitted after completion of the autonatically welded box girders. The complete structural work construction of the crane plant is brought into the paint shop after all the work has been completed.

The paint shop has been set up for construction elements of 40 m which have to be painted. The dusts arising during painting are pushed down to the ground via a supply air system installed in the ceiling and are extracted there. All solid body components will be removed from the exhaust air by filter plants. The exhaust air is lead through a heat exchanger. This, in turn, Heats up the necessary supply air. The crane plant is then brought through into the Assembly Area after the coats of paint have been applied and dried.

The components, such as motors. Switch cabinets and hoists are now mounted onto the steel construction of the crane. Pre-commissioning for the entire plant takes place after successful assembly. The crane is only prepared and loaded for dispatch after this has been successfully completed.

Band saws, keyhole saw, circular saws, drills, Pillar drills, autogenous and plasma burner cutters, bench cutter and also various automatic welding plants and welding devices.
